Training, Accident, & Risk Assessment

ALC provides “on-site” training at the time of delivery for all heavy equipment.

Training is conducted by experts from the equipment manufacturers and vehicle dealers. We coordinate with drivers and operators to facilitate the training sessions for minimum downtime and productive learning. Proper training results in greater satisfaction with equipment performance and reduced maintenance costs due to operator error.

We monitor incident reports and assess problematic equipment failures, routing issues, as well as recurring issues with drivers. Background checks are performed as requested.
